TOWING WIRE SLEEVE BOLT TYPE – POLYURETHANE MATERIAL

Towing Wire Sleeves bolt type are latest design whereby we can get the cylindrical shape of the original towing wire sleeve and have the flexibility of installing  and uninstalling from mooring ropes which are already socketed and installed onboard vessel. This in contrast to the classic towing sleeve, which consists of one piece and has to be inserted first into the wire rope before the mooring socket can be fixed to it.

The two halves of the towing sleeves are clamped on the wire rope with strong bolts without protruding parts. It has a smooth rectangular cross section with taper at both ends.
