Marine Vessels have large piping and tubing network of harzardous liquids such as oils and fuels. These liquids tends to spray out on occasions which may cause a major hazard such explosions, fires or other leakages or mechanical damage. The SOLAS stipulates all vessels to take appropriate protective measures to prevent leakages and splashing of flammable oil from FO, LO Hydraulic and other piping systems.

Anti Splashing tapes or Spray Stop tapes are made of multilayer Aluminium foils laminated by high-tech process which enables it to prevent spray outs and splashes. They come in widths ranging from 35mm to 1000mm and come in 10.0 m long coils.
